Nordic dining is a boutique catering company offering the best food and service experience. Kasper, our food artisan utilises the best seasonal, sustainably grown and raised produce for the finest dining experience. In Australia, he has worked with leading chefs: Peter Gilmore at Quay and Serge Dansereau at The Bathers’ Pavilion. Kasper has over 20 years’ experience in the restaurant industry including the great privilege of working as private chef to the Danish Royal Family and most recently joined the team at Noma while they did the ten weeks pop up here in Sydney. Kasper also teaches at Le Cordon Bleu, School of Culinary Arts. He loves to create the perfect atmosphere from intimate gatherings to large functions.
